The Fine Print, Simplified
How do we manage our workshops? Here are the guidelines that keep our community safe and creative.
1. Acceptable Use
By enrolling in Auroris Scribe workshops, you're agreeing to respect the creative property of your peers. We don't tolerate plagiarism. Ever. Our goal is to foster a space where original voices flourish without the fear of theft or un-credited borrowing. We believe your words are your own, and we expect you to treat others' work with the same reverence.
2. Payments & Refunds
Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel a course, we provide a full refund if notified at least 14 days before the first session. Within that 14-day window? You’ll receive a 50% credit toward any future fiction writing or poetry workshop. We’ve found this balance helps us keep our small classes viable while remaining flexible for you.

3. Attendance
Missing a memoir session? We don't record live classes to protect the privacy of students sharing personal stories. However, we'll send over the weekly prompts and readings so you don't fall behind. Consistency is key for any writing practice!
4. Community Standards
Our workshop is a sanctuary. We're committed to a harassment-free experience. If conduct is deemed harmful, Auroris Scribe reserves the right to remove a participant without a refund. Is it a tough rule? Perhaps. But it's necessary for art to happen.
